How do I book a tour?+
All tours can be booked online through our secure booking system. Visit any tour page and click Book Now to see available dates and times. Tours fill up fast - we recommend booking at least a few days in advance.
Can I book a private or corporate tour?+
Yes. We offer fully customized private tours for corporate events, team building, bachelorette parties, birthdays, and special occasions. Email us at Telltaletours44@gmail.com to get started.
What is your cancellation policy?+
For group tours, cancellations made more than 96 hours (3+ days) before the tour are fully refundable. Cancellations within 72 hours are partially refundable. See our full Cancellation Policy for details.
Where do tours meet?+
All public tours depart from Worldwide Plaza, 825 8th Ave, New York, NY 10019 (between 49th and 50th Streets). The nearest subway is 50th St on the C/E line. Family tour meeting points are provided after booking.
Are your guides licensed?+
Yes. Every Telltale Tours guide holds a New York City tour guide license. Our founder Rory Lipede is a Gold Star licensee - one of the most rigorous certifications available in the city.
